DIET STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. ice water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free Jello (strawberry flavor)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. fresh strawberries or sugar-free frozen strawberries
1 pkg. D-Zerta sugar-free topping

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add 1/2 cup ice water and lemon juice. Beat whipped topping according to instructions on the box. Fold into Jello mixture. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

16 graham crackers, crushed fine
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 inch glass dish. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press on bottom and sides of plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Chill before serving.
