STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 pts. strawberries, cut in half
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
3 1/2 c. cold milk

1. Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill.

2. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Arrange 1/2 strawberries in even layer over top.

3. Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight.

4. Shortly before serving, spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Garnish with additional strawberries.
