CHICKEN MORNAY 
Prepare chicken favorite way. (I bake it.) Place in greased baking dish or pan. Season chicken. Bake until tender.

Prepare mornay sauce:

1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 sm. can mushrooms, undrained
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese or more.

Heat mushrooms and soup, paprika and butter. DO NOT BOIL!

Stir a teaspoon of hot mixture into egg yolks (this prevents curdling). Then drizzle egg mixture with hot mixture. Remove from stove. Add cheese, mix until cheese melts, pour over chicken and bake about 10 minutes more.
