PEAR RELISH 
1 peck pears, ground & juice drained
6 med. bell peppers (red or green)
2 tbsp. mixed whole spice
5 med. size onions or stalk celery
2 lb. sugar
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. salt
4 c. vinegar

Boil until juice cooks low. Cool 30 minutes and seal in jars.
