PEAR RELISH 
2 gallons pears
6 red sweet peppers
6 green sweet peppers
6 lg. onions
4 c. apple cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Cook the above together after it has been chopped or ground in food chopper. Cook for about 30 minutes. Seal in jars. Makes 7 pints.
