CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE | |
4 oz. (4 sqs.) semi-sweet chocolate (100 g) 1/3 c. milk (75 ml) 2 tbsp. sugar (30 ml) 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (115 g) 1 env. whipped topping (40 g) Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of milk until chocolate melts. Beat sugar into cream cheese. Add remaining milk and chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. Prepare topping according to package directions and fold into chocolate mixture, mixing well until smooth. Spoon into crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours. CRUST: 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (50 ml) 1/4 c. brown sugar (50 ml) 1/3 c. butter, melted (75 ml) Mix crust ingredients together and press into 8 inch (20 cm) pie plate. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool. To make your dreams come true, you have to stay awake! |
