VERMONT APPLE PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. milk 2 c. sliced apples Melt butter in casserole. Add dry ingredients and milk, mix until smooth. Drop apple slices into center. Do Not stir again. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Batter rises around apples enfolding them in center. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream. |
