1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped raw apple
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Grease pie pan. Pat slightly down. Smooth top. It is done when top springs back and slightly browns.

Very moist and very easy to make. Delicious with a dab of whipped cream or plain.
