CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 bag chopped broccoli
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

SAUCE:

2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook and cut up chicken breasts. Steam broccoli lightly. Mix together ingredients for sauce. Layer a casserole dish alternately broccoli, chicken, bread crumbs, cheese and sauce until all is used. Top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.

Variation: Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables to layered ingredients.
