CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
4 skinned chicken breast
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Cracker crumbs
1-2 tsp. curry powder
Green pepper slices
Mushrooms
Onion slices

Cut broccoli and chop stems lengthwise. Cook for 10 minutes in water. Grease Pyrex pan; layer broccoli in bottom, place chicken on top. Salt and pepper, then layer the green pepper, mushrooms, and onions. Mix mayonnaise and cheese soup, add the curry powder, place on top of the casserole. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and place crumbs or crumbs with shredded cheese mixed on top and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until browned a little.
