CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion
1 stalk celery
4 chicken breasts
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
Ritz crackers
1 1/4 c. grated Sharp cheese

Boil chicken with onion, celery and salt until tender. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cut chicken in small pieces and place over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder and pour over chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese over the soup mixture. Make a thin crust of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top of cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Very good warmed over. Serves 8. (I do not use salt.)
