FLUFFY BREAD STUFFING 
1 1/2 lb. loaf white bread
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes or crumbs in an electric blender. In medium skillet, melt butter; add onion and saute until tender. Stir in seasonings. In large bowl, combine bread and onion mixture. Toss to combine. Add additional seasoning, if desired.
