BEARCE POTATOES 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes (frozen type)
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick melted butter
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

In a colander rinse potatoes with warm water to break into small pieces. Drain.

In a large bowl mix sour cream, soup, cheese, melted butter and mayonnaise. (Above ingredients can be mixed by hand.) Fold in hash brown potatoes and onion. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
