HOT DOG BAR-B-Q 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. fat

Cook onions in 1 tablespoon of fat until tender. Stir in ketchup, pickle relish, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Put slits across each hot dog, (1 pound). Add to sauce and simmer about 10 minutes until franks are done. Put on rolls and enjoy!
