CAPPUCCINO CRUNCH BARS 
1 3/4 all purpose flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspon ground cinnamon
1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brwn sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water and cooled to room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 c white chocolate chips
1 c chocolate covered toffee bits

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Grease 13x9 in baking dish. Combine flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon in large bowl; set aside. Beat butter and sugars with mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add coffee mixture, vanilla, and orange peel; beat well.

Stir in chocolate chips and toffee. Pour batter into pan.

Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
