BLENDER CAPPUCCINO | |
Prepare 1 1/3 cups espresso or very strong coffee. Meanwhile, microwave 1 1/3 cups low fat (1%) milk in 2-cup microwave-proof glass measure 3 to 4 minutes, until boiling. Transfer milk to blender and blend at high speed 1 minute or until very frothy. Pour coffee into 4 cups, add milk and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Makes 4 servings. |
