BLENDER CAPPUCCINO
Prepare 1 1/3 cups espresso or very strong coffee. Meanwhile, microwave 1 1/3 cups low fat (1%) milk in 2-cup microwave-proof glass measure 3 to 4 minutes, until boiling. Transfer milk to blender and blend at high speed 1 minute or until very frothy. Pour coffee into 4 cups, add milk and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I really liked this recipe. It worked for me, but I added sugar to mine. The milk made perfect foam. I wish I had some caramel to drizzle on top.

This is close to the real recipe I found on here all the rest of the recipes are reproductions of imitation cappuccino ... You have to steam the milk but the microwaveable works. you can use a pot of water and place a floating container inside to put the milk in and cover and boil to get the steam in the milk.. And to get it frothy its best to add a small amount of chocolate... And use a hand mixer.
