RONS PICKLES 
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. salt
A pinch of alum
Small cucumbers, real small
3 qts. distilled water
1 tsp. dill

Pack cucumbers in jars. Heat to boil vinegar, salt, alum, water and dill. Pour over cucumbers add 1 small garlic bud and 1 hot pepper to each jar. Seal jars. In 1 month they will be ready to eat.
