RON'S SHRIMP SALAD 
3 c. marinated shrimp
1 c. oysters, drained
1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
2 tomatoes, peeled & diced
1 cucumber
1 c. Miracle Whip "Free"
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Marinate the raw, peeled shrimp in lemon juice until they turn pink, about 4 hours.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade and toss together with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Serve on lettuce and scatter finely chopped parsley over the mixture at the end for decoration. Serves 4.
