TACO SALAD APPETIZER 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. picante sauce
2 c. lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 pkg. taco shredded cheese
1 bag corn tortilla chips

Use large glass round or oblong serving plate such as the type you would serve bars on. Spread the cream cheese on bottom of plate. On top of this, spread the sour cream. Pour the picante sauce over this, spreading to the edge. Sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper and onion over the sauce. Next, sprinkle the cheese over the top. Serve with the chips, using them to scoop up the taco mixture.
