CRABMEAT LUNCHEON SALAD (Or
appetizer)
 
1 env. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cucumber
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can tomato soup

Mix soup and cream cheese in top of double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat. Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes and add. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into a well oiled mold or 8x8 pan.
