RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add orange peel, juice and raisins. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve hot. Good on steam pudding too.
