BEST ROLLS 
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. Crisco
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
2 pkgs. yeast
7 1/2 c. flour

Stir boiling water and Crisco until melted. Beat eggs in cold water. Mix yeast and 1/4 cup water together; add all with 7 1/2 cups flour. Put in refrigerator overnight. Make in rolls; let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees.
