BEST CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 c. Potato Buds
2 eggs
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
5 1/2 c. flour or more
1 c. boiling water

In a big mixing bowl, put the cup of Potato Buds and 1 cup boiling water, stir. Cool and add eggs and all other ingredients. Add flour last, knead until it does not stick to your hands. Let rise twice and divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out and spread with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll as for jelly roll, cut in 1 1/2 inch thick slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
