THE BEST CINNAMON ROLLS
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. plain flour

SAUCE:

3/4 lb. butter
1 1/8 c. brown sugar

Combine yeast with warm water. Sift together flour, salt and sugar; cut in butter. Add yeast mixture to flour mixture to form dough. Refrigerate the dough after making it. When you want to make up a batch of rolls, take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it stand an hour before using. Roll out the dough and apply the sauce (butter and brown sugar melted together). Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar; roll up, cut, put in pan and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls until golden.
