SUNDAY BEST COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
1 pkg. (or cake) yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (room temp.)
1 egg

FILLING:

3 tsp. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nutmeats

Dissolve yeast in water. Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Cut in the 1/2 cup butter. Add cheese, egg and yeast mixture.

Roll out for cinnamon rolls. Add filling, roll and slice. Place in greased pan. Let rise. Bake 400 degrees, 10-15 minutes. May frost if desired.
