CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, except mayonnaise in a bowl; mix well. Stir in mayonnaise. Yields about 4 cups. Serves 6.
