CHICKEN - REUBEN 
1 cut up chicken or 4 split chicken breasts
1 (16 oz.0 can drained sauerkraut
4 oz. shredded American Swiss cheese
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Salt & pepper to taste

Place chicken in greased baking pan. Salt and pepper. Combine salad dressing and pickle relish. Cover chicken with kraut, then salad dressing mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until done. Uncover and brown. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until done. Uncover and brown.
