CHICKEN AND KRAUT REUBEN 
4 oz. chicken breast, boneless & skinless
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 slice Provolone cheese
1 tbsp. Russian dressing

Place in baking dish (sprayed with Pam). Chicken on bottom of dish. Cover chicken with sauerkraut. Spread on dressing. Top with cheese. Bake, covered in 350 degree oven about 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is tender. Serve on plate or between 2 slices of toasted rye bread.
