SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Onion
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of milk

Note: You may put 1 package of Lipton onion soup mix instead of chopping up onions).

Mix all your ingredients together except for the soup and milk. Make your meatballs brown and cook them in a frying pan with your vegetable oil. When your meatballs are done cooking drain the grease from your frying pan and put your cream of chicken soup and milk in pan and stir until the soup is creamy (like a gravy). Then add your meatballs and cover and let simmer until gravy is heated. You can also serve this over egg noodles too.
