SWEDISH (METHODIST) MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 egg whites, beaten
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
3 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water

Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix into balls. Dip in slightly beaten egg whites (frothy) and then into corn flake crumbs. Brown on all sides. Place in baking dish and add soup mixed with water on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
