AUNT MARIE'S CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. tub of Cool Whip
3 pkg. instant lemon pudding (sm.)
4 1/2 c. milk

Mix together first 3 ingredients (cut together until small crumbs are present). Spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees until done (golden brown).

Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 large package cream cheese, 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Beat together and spread over cooled crust.

Mix together 3 packages instant lemon pudding with 4 1/2 cups of milk, mix and spread over cream cheese. Spread the remaining 1/2 tub of Cool Whip on top of pudding layer then sprinkle with chopped nuts and chill.

Chocolate pudding is good substitute.
