AUNT MARY'S FAMOUS TACOS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onions
2 cans chili beans
1 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Brown meat and onions. Add beans and chili seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put about 3/4 cup oil in a small frying pan and warm over medium heat. Dip tortillas in the hot oil and fill with meat mixture. Add salad on top.

SALAD:

1 med. lettuce head
1 tomato
1/4 c. onion, optional
6 radishes
1 c. chopped Velveeta cheese
