AUNT MARY'S SHRIMP SALAD 
2 1/2-2 lb. shrimp, cut sm.
1 (4 oz.) boiled potato, diced sm.
1 hard boiled egg, chopped fine
1/2-3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seeds

Mix all ingredients together and serve on a bed of lettuce. Makes 4-6 servings.
