CHICKEN & SPINACH QUICHE 
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 pkg. spinach (cooked and drained)
1/4 c. onion
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Pierce and bake pie shell at 375°F for 10 minutes. Mix, chicken, cheese, spinach, and onion. Spoon into baked shell.

Combine eggs, mayo, milk, basil, and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Can be frozen after cooking.
