DUTCH BIRD CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3-4 sm. bananas
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice

In large bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

In separate bowl mash enough bananas to make 1 1/2 cups. Add dry ingredients to liquid and mix well. Add bananas, can of pineapple with juice. Mix. Pour into well greased 9 inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
