3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. (3) diced very ripe bananas

Measure dry ingredients and sift together. Dice bananas, add to dry mixture, then oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple. Stir. Do not beat. Pour into greased, floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
