2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple

Mix well, add eggs last. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 300 degrees.

ICING FOR ABOVE CAKE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box (or more) confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Stir in sugar and add vanilla, mix well. P.S. This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law and it is very delicious!
