3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced ripe bananas
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add remainder of ingredients. Stir to blend. DO NOT BEAT. Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or less. Cool right side up in pan about 25 minutes. Remove from pan.
