PICKLE SAUCE FOR ROAST LAMB OR
BEEF
 
Melt 1 stick butter in small pan. Add:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt & pepper
1 heaping tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
Dash thyme
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle

Mix well, heat gently. Serve hot.
