MARGIE'S TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
2 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water
2 cans tuna (drained)
Dash pepper
1/2 lb. salted cashews
2 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. finely minced onion

Set aside 1 cup noodles. Mix other ingredients except water and cashews. Just before putting in oven add water and bake in buttered dish in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. When bubbly remove from oven, mix in cashews and top with rest of noodles. Bake 5 minutes more and serve at once.
