POOLSIDE COLESLAW | |
4 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. shredded or sliced carrots 1 c. mandarin oranges (11 oz. can) 1/2 c. sliced green onion, tops too DRESSING: 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed In large bowl combine first 4 ingredients. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir until well coated. Chill at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. May be made early in day and be refrigerated. Enjoy! |
