CHEESE PASTA 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp. hot pepper
1/2 c. green peppers
1 can mushrooms
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. Swiss cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. box shell macaroni (or any choice pasta)

Cook shell macaroni or choice pasta until tender, drain. Fry hamburger, onion, peppers, and mushrooms until done. Drain fat, then put in Ragu sauce, cottage cheese, and sour cream. In large casserole dish, layer 1/2 macaroni, then half of hamburger mixture and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Keep repeating layers until used up. Layer top with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
