FOUR CHEESE, PASTA AND BEEF 
6 oz. penne or other tube pasta
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte pasta style stewed tomatoes
1 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, shredded

Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet, brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste, drain. Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened. Stir in onion and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2 minutes to melt cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
