FOUR CHEESE, PASTA AND BEEF 
6 oz. penne or other tube pasta
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) Del Monte chunky pasta style stewed tomatoes
1 c. green onions, sliced
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook pasta as package directs and drain. In skillet, brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste and drain. Add tomatoes and cook uncovered until slightly thickened. Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover two minutes to melt cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
