BAKED ROUND STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 can mushroom soup
2 sm. cans mushrooms
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Line baking pan with aluminum foil; leave enough foil to fold over and seal well. Place meat on foil in pan. Spread with mushrooms and mushroom soup. Sprinkle dry onion soup over this (no other seasonings). Wrap and seal well. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees. A blade or arm roast is delicious made same way, but takes 3 hours.

I make this same dish but let it cook on low for like 6 hours in a crock pot....it is amazing!! You will be able to cut meat with a fork, serve with mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetable...this is one of my family's favorite meals!
