BAKED ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Onion slices

Pound steak in serving sizes with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in fat on medium heat. Place in greased casserole, cover with soup and water, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

I found this very simple to make with a traditional tougher cut of steak.
I left it in oven 1 hour longer for a total of 2 hours covered taking the foil of for last half hour.
It was delicious and very very tender.
