CURRIED OYSTERS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1 pt. oysters
Boiled rice

Fry in the butter the onion, pepper, garlic, and curry powders; blend in the flour, then the cream. Then drop in the drained oysters and cook until edges curl. Before removing from the heat, add 1/2 cup of the liquor drained from oysters. Serve over rice.
