CRUMB TOP COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Combine butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.

To the remaining mixture, add the combined egg and milk. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
