1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix sugar and flour, thoroughly. Add the 3 eggs beating well after each, 1/2 cup buttermilk, melted butter and 2 teaspoons lemon extract. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
