IMPOSSIBLE CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, cut up

Mix all ingredients in blender 1 minute on medium speed. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and top with Cool Whip or cream.
